  • Owns all Sev1's for their service area including constant improvements solving to the Root Casue, Changes, Incidents and Problems management for the service area. Observes strict compliance to SOX's and internal IT controls.
  • Owns the day-to-day relationship and activities between Infrastructure and Operations team and our internal and external IT customers. Solutions IT projects for the Cloud and Data center ensuring all service requests are fulfilled, meeting our operational standards and availability requirements.
  • Responsible ensuring, we have a secure and up to date Cloud and Datacenter environments that are protected from a Hardware and Operating Systems vulnerabilities and attacks. Owns all refresh projects for the Hybrid Clouds ensuring we do not carry any technical debt that puts our environment or business at risk. Insuring complete Value Protection.
  • Drive operational excellence and improvements for the Windows, LINUX, UNIX, Virtual, and Cloud technologies. Responsible for delivering a standard technical architecture which will be resilient and cost effective for our Hybrid Cloud operations, including developing our future roadmaps and new service offerings with a focus on DevSecOps
  • Responsible for all Service Partners day to day operations and ensuring all service levels are excceded.
